All our Dobel products are made in Sweden. Scandinavian manufacturing standards are some of the highest in the world and we are proud to be part of that tradition. With Dobel F105 we set out to replace older manufacturing methods with new, more efficient techniques. These changes result in the reduction of lead-times, buying-stages and have a significant effect on lowering the cost.
Dobel F105 is extensively tested and fully approved to meet the highest fire safety standards according to EN 45545 HL3. Our product can be processed in as many ways that you can think of. Dobel F105 could not only be used for walls and ceilings, we also see a huge potential in seating, tables, acoustic solutions, doors, the list goes on and on. We inspire innovative solutions to design challenges.

Train & Rail is the Nordic region’s largest fair for sustainable rail transport. A meeting place created by the industry – for the industry. The first edition of Train & Rail was a real success! Now we are rolling on towards 2025 when we will once again conduct the fair together with the railway industry, for the railway industry. With 151 exhibitors and 3037 visitors in 2023, we continue to be the obvious meeting place for the railway industry.

Why? Dobel F105 has Shapeability! It can easily be rolled, pressed, profiled and formed, designers can find simple solutions to complex problems found with traditional hard laminates. It can be shaped to be used as backing, under-side, and panels of train seating. It can be used as a single surface or as top layer of honeycomb structures when manufacturing ceilings, wall panels, doors, luggage compartments, tables and desks.
Honeycomb structures are widely used for their lightness and strength. They are often delivered with blank aluminium sheets, onto which the decorative layer is applied at a later stage. Dobel F105 replaces the need for the application of a separate decorative layer reducing costs and production time and the weight all at the same time.
We have 72 different options in our standard collection, over 400 colours, textures, patterns and designs on stock, and over 1000 on request. Dobel F105 offers designers the freedom to express themselves and to create unique environments for the train journeys of the future.
