
Hi Victor, and welcome to Metalcolour
As of May 5th, Metalcolour has welcomed a new star to the sales team – Victor Heimdahl. Despite his young age, Victor brings solid experience in sales and customer relations.
“Victor’s profile aligned extremely well with what we were looking for, and that impression has only strengthened throughout the recruitment process. We’re very happy and grateful that Victor chose to join our team,” says Markus Nordkvist, CEO of Metalcolour Sweden.
Victor’s new colleagues in the sales team, Per Nord and Marcin Parczewski, fully agree with Markus and look forward to supporting and coaching him as he settles into his role.

Victor is a local talent who has previously worked with automotive and marine spare parts, as well as safety solutions. He describes himself as a people person who’s skilled at building and nurturing relationships.
“To me, the key to strong customer relationships is listening and being attentive. That’s essential in understanding how we can contribute to improving our clients’ processes and everyday operations.”
Although he wasn’t very familiar with Metalcolour before seeing the job ad, Victor was immediately intrigued. During the recruitment process, his sense that this was the right fit only grew stronger.
“Metalcolour is a world-class player with a strong strategy for maintaining and strengthening its position. I believe my fresh, outside perspective can help identify new applications and markets for the company’s products.”
Victor is also impressed by the high and consistent quality of Metalcolour’s products and the company’s strong service mindset.
“Even in the short time I’ve been here, I can already tell there’s a constant drive to improve and evolve – and I really appreciate that.”
He’s well aware that client needs and expectations are constantly evolving, and recognizes that Metalcolour is proactive in staying ahead of the curve. Increased demands for sustainability and traceability are top priorities right now.
“Metalcolour is far along in its efforts to offer low-impact alternatives and to back that up with verified data – that’s something I’m excited to be part of,” Victor adds.
Initially, he’ll focus on learning about the company’s products, getting to know existing customers, and supporting his colleagues. He’s already attended a couple of trade fairs – both as an exhibitor and visitor.
“I’m good at listening and learning, and I really look forward to soaking up as much knowledge as I can. There’s a wealth of expertise here at Metalcolour, and I feel fortunate to be part of it. My sales colleagues, Pelle and Marcin, are fantastic people, and I already know I’ll have the best possible support.”
