DOBEL® Endure

Our brand new DOBEL® Endure utilises the highest quality of film-laminated steel to build exterior doors able to withstand both the everyday and the exceptional. The steel sheets are finished with UV and scratch resistant laminates to cope with daily wear and tear so that we can call them Endure with complete confidence.

Following Metalcolour’s commitment to lowering it’s environmental impact we now offer DOBEL® Endure using a phthalate-free and bio-sourced PVC called Biovyn™. This product offers the exact same quality, durability and performance as our standard films at the same time as reducing our carbon footprint.

DOBEL® Endure consists of a 150 μm thick bio-based PVC foil laminated onto hot-dip galvanized steel or aluminium, and is always supplied with a removable protective foil.

These products are mainly used as interior design applications for ceilings, wall panels, doors, wet units, bag compartments, security doors, lifts, etc.

Metalcolour Painted offers all the colours of the world in exactly the tone and gloss that you want. We deliver prepainted steel, prepainted stainless steel and prepainted aluminium for applications in ships, buildings, etc.

Technical Coating

Technical Coating is a highly specialized product range offering customized solutions in coil coating of numerous metal substrates, e.g. coated steel or coated aluminum, with own developed or customer specified coatings, primers and binders. Taking the step from piece coating to using precoated steel or precoated aluminium in your production process, will save you both time and money and even shorten your lead times. Applications include: bonding rubber to steel, rubber to aluminum, bonding plastics to steel, plastics to aluminum, noise & vibration dampening, anti-friction, temperature resistance, anti-galvanic corrosion, resistance to chemicals & oils, sealing & gaskets, UV resistance, welding and soldering, etc.

Decorative Coating – film laminated steel and film laminated aluminium

DOBEL® film laminated steel and film laminated aluminium products are mainly used as interior design applications for ceilings, wall panels, doors, wet units, bag compartments, security doors, lifts, etc. We have over 400 designs in stock and more than 1.000 available on request.

Decorative Coating – prepainted steel and prepainted aluminium

We deliver prepainted steel, prepainted stainless steel and prepainted aluminium for applications in ships, buildings, etc. Our food safe paint systems are approved to be in non-direct food contact. The material can be delivered in almost every colour and gloss. Our paint system is approved by IMO to be used in ship buildings. Fire classified paint are used for ceilings, sandwich panels, doors, etc. Both Metalcolour indoor and outdoor systems are custom made, which means that you decide if the system must be smooth or having a structured surface, as well as colour and gloss grade.

Technical Coating – coated steel and coated aluminium

The Technical Coating solutions developed typically have several purposes in a combination of technical requirements and high volume production. Main part of our clients utilize Metalcolour to industrialize processes in order to take advantage of economies of scale in decreasing cost per unit.

Metal Binder is an adhesive making it possible to bond materials like rubber to steel, rubber to aluminum and plastics to metal surfaces.

Anti-friction coating is used in applications exposed to extremely harsh environments where component surfaces need to be able to move together without having to be lubricated.
